At Susi Perfume Lab, we stand by the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange your fragrance, we're here to make the process as easy as possible.

Our Return Policy:

  • Products can be returned or replaced within 7 days of purchase.

  • Please note, refunds are not available as fragrances are consumable products.

  • Sale or discounted purchases are non-returnable.

  • Returns are accepted for products purchased at their original price.

  • Fragrances blended from multiple perfumes are not eligible for return.​

 

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

  • Defective or incorrect products received.

  • Damaged during transit​

  • If you choose to return the product, we'll work with you to arrange a replacement that meets your satisfaction.​
